The Jeremy Simon is named after Darelle Sinclair's son. This Cabernet Shiraz was made in a robust, youthful style that is a good 'drink now' wine with excellent cellaring potential.Tasting Notes: The 2009 Cabernet Shiraz is inky ruby in colour. It has the scent of fully ripe mixed berries with a hint of cedar on the nose. The Jeremy Simon is a full flavoured wine with excellent aging potential. We recommend that all red wines are best decanted regardless of age and whether or not sediment is present. Food Suggestions : BBQ ribs, lamb and

The Jezebel is not named for a real person or place! The name personifies the wine...seductive, a beautiful body and good to hang onto. The grapes were harvested from two sites on the steep red gravel slopes of the Sinclair vineyard in the cool climate Manjimup region.
The 'painted lady' is in a new guise with this vintage. The wine is more refined but still lusciously full flavoured blend with great persistence of flavour. The blend is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon with a generous dollop of Merlot (24%) to provide the feminine softness. Jezebel is highly awarded and has great reviews.Awards: 2008 Cowra Wine Show - Gold 2008 National Cool Climate Wine Show - Gold 2008 Sydney Royal Wine Show - Silver 2007 National Cool Climate Wine Show - Silver 2007 Qantas Wine Show of Western Australia -Silver 2007 Cowra Wine Show - Bronze 2007 Rutherglen Wine Show - Bronze 94/100 Australian Wine Companion, 2009 Edition, James Halliday Cellaring Potential: Carefully stored this wine will age for at least 7 years. Tasting Notes: The 2005 Cabernet has a rich full palate of sweet berry fruits, cassis and integrated vanillin oak. This elegant wine still has a great deal of backbone and is very much the classic Cabernet Sauvignon. As the wine has not been over filtered it has thrown a light crust so is best not shaken around before pouring.
