The Jeremy Simon is named after Darelle Sinclair's son. This Cabernet Shiraz was made in a robust, youthful style that is a good 'drink now' wine with excellent cellaring potential. Tasting Notes: The 2009 Cabernet Shiraz is inky ruby in colour. It has the scent of fully ripe mixed berries with a hint of cedar on the nose. The Jeremy Simon is a full flavoured wine with excellent aging potential. We recommend that all red wines are best decanted regardless of age and whether or not sediment is present.
